In line with PTCUL’s IT strategy, the efforts are to ensure that the IT imperatives of the organization are in line with the business objectives.
PTCUL is currently undertaking various IT initiatives to improve their operational efficiency. As a part of the efficiency improvement initiatives, the PTCUL has already implemented Financial Accounting System (FAS), Personnel Information System (PIS) and Payroll/EPF/GPF modules. The data center located at corporate office is providing services to division level offices across the state in day-to-day working.
PTCUL is in the process of deploying various new applications/modules that would help them streamline their processes, reduce the workload of their personnel and improve the internal workflow, communication and collaboration capabilities.
PTCUL is planning to develop an Online Platform along with development of Mobile Application for Progress Monitoring of Transmission Projects/Daily Supply/Daily Tripping Report on Real Time Basis and make an integrated pool of data from existing isolated applications and processes.
