(a) and Regulation 23 of Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations,
2023 read with Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Indian Electricity Grid Code) Regulations,
2023 and Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2024.

दिनांक 31.03.2029 तक की अवधि के लिए पारेषण टैरिफ निर्धारण के लिए, विद्युत अधिनियम, 2003 की धारा 62 और 79
(1) (डी), के०वि०नि०आ० (व्यवसाय संचालन) विनियम, 2023 के विनियमन 15(1)(a) एवं 23, केंद्रीय विद्युत
विनियामक आयोग (भारतीय विद्युत ग्रिड कोड) विनियम, 2023 और केंद्रीय विद्युत विनियामक आयोग (टैरिफ के नियम
और शर्तें) विनियम, 2024 के अधीन एक याचिका दायर की गयी है।

Khandukhal (Srinagar) Substation] under UITP Scheme (deemed ISTS) as per Hon’ble Central
Electricity Regulatory Commission’s order dated 31 January 2013 against Petition number 133/
MP/2012 in the Northern Region under Section 62 read with Section 79 (1) (d) of the Electricity Act,
2003 and under Regulation 15 (1) (a) and Regulation 23 of Central Electricity Regulatory Commission
(Conduct of Business) Regulations,2023 read with Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and
Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2019 and Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and
Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2024.

वाली ट्रांसमिशन लाईनों/प्रणाली और अंतर राज्य विद्युत संचरण के लिए आकस्मिक ट्रांसमिशन लाईनों को केन्द्रीय
विद्युत नियामक आयोग (सी०ई०आर०सी०) द्वारा यायिका सं० 15/Suo-Moto/2012 पर निर्गत आदेश दिनांक 14/03/2012
तथा केन्द्रीय विद्युत नियामक आयोग (अंतर राज्यिक पारेषण प्रभारों तथा हानियों की हिस्सेदारी) विनियम, 2020
में प्रदान किए गए पीओसी शुल्क में शामिल करने के लिए केन्द्रीय विद्युत नियामक आयोग (व्यवसाय एवं संचालन)
विनियम, 2023 के प्रावधानों और केन्द्रीय विद्युत नियामक आयोग (टैरिफ के निबंधन और शर्त) विनियम, 2024 के
अनुसार टैरिफ ब्लॉक 2024-29 के लिए टैरिफ अनुमोदन हेतु आवदेन किया है।
- PTCUL has made an

transmission lines/system connecting with other states and intervening transmission lines incidental to
inter-State transmission of electricity as per the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission’s
order dated 14.3.2012 in Petition No.15/Suo-Motu/2012, for inclusion in POC charges as provided in the
Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Sharing of interState Transmission Charges and Losses)
Regulations, 2020 in accordance with Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of
Tariff) Regulations, 2024 for tariff block 2024- 29 period and provisions of CERC (Conduct of Business)
Regulations, 2023.
